Bubble
A moment’s delight
Rainbow entrapped
So pretty and nice
Till it bursts
Some big, some small
Bubbles all
Blow them up
They just burst
All in an instant
Before you think
Here now
Now gone
Gloating with pride
In that one moment
Rainbow in hand
And then…nothing
A moist feeling
That’s all there’s left
Bubbles burst
Leaving no trace
Yet it’s fun
Watching that moment
Rainbow in hand
Daring the sun
It’s just a bubble
So beautiful
Here now
Now gone!
Never capture it
It’s too fragile
You can see
But do not touch
It’s just a bubble
Look from afar
Admire for a moment
With a splash it’s gone
So delicate and tender
It’s fun to watch
Never ever touch
Just let it float
Let it float gently
Holding rainbow in hand
Let it linger
While it lasts
Bubble

PBS,
Yes, you've done it again... I especially loved the lines..."watching the moment...bubble in hand.. daring the Sun..." sounds so much like life, delicate and fragile yet so very beautiful that all have to stop and gaze...life and love anyway. Sorry, my romantic soul is peeking out again.. .maybe time to make time to write again...lol
