China has already planned new cities. A friend of mine who was there recently told me that their cities are comparable to the finest in the world today. As for the banks, it's not a surprise.
Regarding the growing disparity between the poor and rich, I will post in the part two of the blog

yeahh selfish agendasss.. i completelyy agree... u knww .. jst recentlyyy thr was tiss news abt d top 3 banks in the world in terms of market capitalisation... All 3 were Chinese Banks.. leavin behind d likes of Bank Of America,, HSBC,, Citigroup... 
tis is wattt i call a growin economyy.. tis is wat i call seeing d future.. tis is watt i call turnin ur disadvantage (population) in to advantage..

Empowering and educating the women is the key to population control. He cited the example of Kerala.

i wonder whrrr wil d cities come frm in a countryyy whrr d populationn  simplyy doesntt seeem to come under controllll... landdd is becomin less by d dayyyy.. evrywhrr u see new constructionsss...

He was of the opinion that we need at least 500 new cities. Chandigarh was the last "new" city. After that we haven't had any.
